  2. After purchasing a product, you have 6 hours to check it. Once this period has passed, the account cannot be replaced or refunded.
  3. We are not responsible for account restrictions or bans after you completed transaction(s) on purchased product.
  4. We are not responsible for your ability to use the products sold.
  5. It is your responsibility to follow our login instructions (e.g., using a proxy or clean IP). Failure to do so will void the warranty, and the account will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  6. We do not provide guidance on how to use purchased products or accounts.
  7. Delivery usually takes less than 24 hours, but in some cases, it may take longer.
  8. If you request a refund after we have started preparing your account, a 25% service fee will be deducted. This fee covers the time and resources already invested.
  9. If, after purchase, the account is restricted or requires additional verification, an additional fee will be charged.
  10. We are not responsible for the success of verification or restriction removal processes. We do our best to assist you, but in some cases, the account may be permanently blocked.
